Lorna Sherer began dancing at the age of 3 with Miss Betty and she teaches many of the classes.

She has appeared in many productions including musicals at Loose Park, Shawnee Mission Park and successfully performed at the World's Fair 1992 in Seville Spain.

Her dance training also included master classes and performing with Arthur Duncan of The Lawrence Welk Show.

Lorna taught Dance for 5 years with Avila College in Kansas City. Additionally, she took lessons each summer from world-renowned, New York choreographer Jack Stanly and received the Honor of being "Miss Dance Heart of America" taking her to Nationals placing 4th in the country.

Lorna teaches ballet, jazz, hip hop, and tap--with a special emphasis on tap.

When the Kansas City Schools are closed do to inclimate weather the Studio will also be closed.

If they are only closed because of Extreme Temperatures the Studio will be open for regular classes.
